At Zombrex TCG we take pride in offering a transparent and reliable shipping policy. We ensure that your orders are carefully packaged and delivered in a timely manner, while keeping the costs as low as possible for you.
We currently only ship to the UK and will ship predominantly using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Returns
Due to the nature of sealed produce in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns. However, if something arrives damaged please send us an email at zombrextcg@gmail.com

Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment but there will be a 6% cancellation fee deducted from the refunded amount. This is to cover the payment processing fee we are charged when an order is made. Cancellations can be made via email.
